MIG

TIG
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) better know as TIG. The process, its advantages and disadvantages, machine and equipment set-up, operating parameters (amperage, polarities, gases, etc.), base metals and appropriate filler metals are explained and discussed.
Oxy-Fuel Welding-Brazing-Soldering
Explain and discuss the difference between Welding, Brazing and Soldering and the advantages and disadvantages of each process. Explain and review the equipment used (Gases, Regulators, Hoses, Torches, Tips, and etc.) and provide recommended and proven industry techniques in safe handling and use of the equipment.
Flame Spray (Pyro (hot)-Cryo (cold)-Jet Facer)
Introduce the 3 types of powder flame spraying (thermal spraying) systems. Pyro-Spray, which is known as hot spraying, Cryo-Spray, known as cold spray and Jet Facer for high velocity spraying of special powders. Explain the set-up for Oxy-Fuel gases, the proper procedures and parameters, and available powders for each process.
