Cronatron's engineering department also provides technical support for the sales agents on its extensive product line. Our modern research and development team works to produce new and innovative labor and cost saving products. We ensure that the products provided meet or exceed the established quality performance standards that our customers expect and are accustomed to receiving. One way to achieve this is by working closely with the product development department and participating in the design, formulation and development of products with our manufactures. We are cognizant that product failures or limited performance issues can be irritating, costly or potentially dangerous. To help our agents identify, resolve and prevent future problems, the engineering department conducts failure analysis studies. A formal report can be submitted to the customer citing the test results, conclusions and recommendations.

In many instances, we find that the product currently used for an application is not always the best choice. Technology has helped us to develop new products that are more application specific. We provide assistance to review these applications and recommend potential alternatives that prove beneficial to our customers.
